
Hi I'm Jack!
I am a fully qualified & experienced personal trainer/ nutritionist with a background as a professional freestyle mountain biker.
I specialise in injury recovery, fat loss and muscle definition offering 1-to-1 coaching at PureGym Chelmsford (CM2 6JX) and online coaching for clients worldwide or from their homes.
With over 10 years on my own personal fitness journey as-well as 5 years coaching a diverse group of people I have helped many clients achieve their personal fitness goals. I combine these experiences with my passion for helping others and this is what makes the coach I am today!

For both online & 1 to 1 coaching clients gain access to my fitness app which includes all your workout & nutritional plans along with habit and nutritional tracking.

A tailored workout programme
All my clients get a tailored plan whilst learning the correct form. This is either achieved by the 1 to 1 sessions or via the fitness app, with a guide on how to perform each exercise safely.

Nutrition plans & full guidance
I will ensure you learn about the correct nutrition to consume along with the optimal amount's to reach your goal. All this is achieved with the correct guidance and tailored meal plans, with a calorie/macro-nutrient target for each day.
